This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the Falcon Ridge Massimo MSU 700 Full Cab Enclosure. The installation process is highly temperature-dependent; it is recommended to perform the installation at 70 degrees F (21 degrees C) or warmer to ensure the adhesive Velcro bonds correctly. If working in colder conditions, store the adhesive strips at room temperature before application.

Warning: The cab enclosure is flammable. Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames.
Installation Procedure
The installation relies primarily on adhesive Velcro strips and webbing straps. Ensure the vehicle surface is clean and free of dirt before applying any adhesive components.
- Preparation: Unpack the enclosure on a large, clean, flat surface. Verify all parts against the included list (Velcro strips, para cords, snap screw studs, webbing straps, and 4 cab panels).
- Door Installation: Apply 3-inch adhesive Velcro strips to the roll cage. Wrap the double-sided Velcro sewn onto the door panels around these adhesive strips to secure the enclosure.
- Rear Window: Install the 40-inch adhesive Velcro strip along the top bar. Snap the bottom of the rear window to the plastic panels behind the seats by screwing in the provided snap studs.
- Lacing: Use the 70-inch cords to lace the door panel to the rear window, similar to lacing a shoe. Melt the ends of the cords to prevent fraying.
- Roof Panel: Attach webbing straps with grommets to the windshield clamp bolts. Run straps through the buckles on the roof corners. Tighten all straps gradually to ensure the top is centered.
Cleaning and Storage
Proper care extends the life of your enclosure:
- Cleaning: Use a soft rag or sponge with mild liquid detergent and warm water. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth, as this will cause scratching.
- Storage: Do not fold the cab, as this will damage the windows. Roll the cab into a roll approximately 8 inches in diameter. Store at room temperature and avoid extreme heat or cold.

Common problems
Waves appearing across the top diagonally
This indicates that one corner has been pulled tighter than another. Loosen and re-tighten the straps to center the top.
Adhesive Velcro not sticking properly
The installation should be done at 70 degrees F or warmer. If it is cold, store the adhesive strips at room temperature before installation.
Window scratching
Never rub windows with a dry cloth or rag. Always use a soft rag or sponge with mild liquid detergent and warm water.

- Ensure the ambient temperature is at least 70 degrees F.
- Clean the vehicle roll cage and surfaces thoroughly.
- Verify all parts are present: 32x 3-inch Velcro, 1x 40-inch Velcro, 4x 6-inch Velcro, 2x 70-inch cords, 4x snap studs, 4x Velcro straps, 2x grommet straps.
- Prepare a large, clean, flat surface for unpacking.
