This document provides instructions for installing the Falcon Ridge Top Cap on a Kawasaki Mule Pro-FX. For optimal results, perform the installation in temperatures of 70 degrees F or warmer to ensure the adhesive Velcro bonds correctly. If installing in colder weather, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature beforehand.
Installation
Before starting, ensure you are working on a large, clean, flat surface. Verify all parts are present: 4 adhesive Velcro hook strips (6 inches), 2 webbing straps with grommets, and 4 webbing straps with Velcro.

- Place the Top Cap over the vehicle with the pointed end facing the front.
- If using a windshield, remove the thumb nuts at the bottom of the top windshield section. Place the grommet of the strap over the bolt and replace the thumb nut so the strap points upward.
- For the rear, apply the 6-inch adhesive Velcro strips to the roll cage approximately 12 inches below the back of the Top Cap.
- Wrap the strap with Velcro around the roll cage bar and the adhesive strip as tightly as possible. Run the other end of the strap through the loop and pull it tight.
- Once all straps are positioned, thread them through the buckles and pull tight, ensuring the top is centered and side seams align with the roll cage.
Cleaning and Storage
To maintain the longevity of your enclosure:
- Cleaning: Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent and warm water. Never rub windows with a dry cloth.
- Storage: Always roll the enclosure for storage; never fold it, as this will damage the windows.
- Roll the cab to a diameter of approximately 8 inches.
- Store in a clean, dry area at room temperature, avoiding extreme heat or cold.
Safety
Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames. The material is flammable.
