Quick guide from the manual

This document provides installation instructions for the Falcon Ridge Full Cab Enclosure for Kawasaki Teryx 2014-2017. Installation is recommended at temperatures of 70°F (21°C) or warmer to ensure proper adhesion of the Velcro strips. If installing in colder weather, store the adhesive Velcro at room temperature beforehand.

Installation sequence

The cab should be installed in the following order: 1) Rear Window, 2) Doors, 3) Polycarbonate Windshield, 4) Top Cap.

Rear Window installation

Begin by placing 4" adhesive Velcro strips on each side of the Teryx where the side tube meets the top tube. Hang the Rear Window from these strips, centering it properly. Attach double-sided Velcro strips at the top corners, pulling the window tight from side to side. Secure these with 3" adhesive strips. Work down each side, attaching the double-sided Velcro to the center side bar. Finally, attach the bottom straps to the seat frame under the bottom cushion.

Door installation

Place 4" adhesive Velcro strips where the center side bar meets the roll cage. Align the door with the frame and attach the double-sided Velcro strips along the sides. Secure the top rear corner and the bottom edge using the provided adhesive Velcro strips.

Polycarbonate Windshield and Top Cap

Install the windshield according to its specific instructions, but wait until the Top Cap is installed before attaching the bent brace along the top. For the Top Cap, place it over the vehicle with the pointed end facing forward. Secure the front using the grommet straps and the rear using the double-sided Velcro straps wrapped around the roll cage. Ensure the top is centered and all straps are pulled tight through the buckles.

Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the cab with a soft rag or sponge using mild liquid detergent and warm water. Never rub windows with a dry cloth. For storage, roll the cab rather than folding it to prevent damage to the windows. Store at room temperature and avoid extreme heat or cold.
