Cutting

Nylon String Head: The head rotates clockwise. The line is extended semi-automatically by tapping the head on the ground while the trimmer is running. Use for trimming grass and edges.

Metal Blade: Use for cutting dense grass, weeds, and woody vegetation. Use a pendular motion. Do not use for cutting trees thicker than 12 mm.

Maintenance

  • Store spare line in a plastic bag with a small amount of water to keep it from drying out.
  • Clean the tool with a damp cloth and gentle soap. Do not submerge in water or use pressurized water.
  • Regularly sharpen the line cutter on the guard with a file.

Safety

Always keep hands away from the cutting area. Do not use the trimmer in rain or wet conditions. If the trimmer vibrates excessively, stop the motor immediately and check the cutting tool installation.
