Assembly and installation
Installing the guide bar and chain:

- Disengage the safety brake lever.
- Loosen the sprocket cover fastening knob and remove the cover.
- Place the chain on the drive sprocket and guide bar, ensuring the teeth direction matches the arrow markings.
- Reattach the sprocket cover and fasten it loosely.
- Use the tensioning wheel to tension the chain until it can be lifted 3-4 mm from the guide bar.
- Tighten the sprocket cover fastening knob.
Operation
Filling the oil tank: Use only oil specified for total-loss lubrication. Fill the tank before first use and check regularly.

Starting the saw: Secure the extension cord using the safety hook. Press the trigger safety lock, then press the start/stop trigger. The saw will run at maximum speed.
Maintenance and care
Sharpening the chain: Keep the chain sharp for safer and faster cutting. Use a round file and file guide set at a 30° angle. If the chain is blunt, it will produce sawdust rather than wood chips.

Guide bar maintenance: Regularly remove sawdust from the guide bar groove. Replace the guide bar if it is bent, cracked, or if the groove is worn out.
