Quick guide from the manual
The Flamma FF01 is a stereo looper pedal featuring 40 storage slots, each supporting up to 4 minutes of recording time. It includes dual footswitches for independent control of recording, playback, and overdubbing, as well as USB connectivity for computer-based data management.
Safety Precautions
- Use only a 9V 200mA power adapter with internal negative and external positive configuration.
- Avoid operating in humid environments or near water.
- Keep the device away from strong magnetic fields (radios, TVs) to prevent interference.
- Do not force switches or controls.
Device Layout
The pedal features a screen for status, a SELECT/SAVE knob for parameter adjustment, and a VOLUME/DELETE knob for output control. The left footswitch handles recording/overdubbing/playback, while the right footswitch manages stop/clear functions. Input and output jacks are 1/4 inch unbalanced, with a dedicated 1/8 inch headphone output.
Looper Operations
- Recording: Press the left footswitch in an empty track state to start recording.
- Overdubbing: Press the left footswitch during playback to start overdubbing.
- Undo/Redo: Press and hold the right footswitch for 1 second during playback to undo the last layer; repeat to redo.
- Stop: Press the right footswitch during playback to stop.
- Clearing: Press the right footswitch twice and hold for 1 second to clear unsaved data.
Computer Data Management
Connect the FF01 to a computer via USB-C. The device will appear as a removable disk. Inside the WAVE folder, you will find subfolders W01 to W40 corresponding to the 40 storage slots. You can drag and drop 44.1kHz/16Bit WAV stereo files into these folders. Ensure files are renamed to RECXX (e.g., REC01 for slot W01) for the pedal to recognize them.

Practical help
Common problems
Ensure the file is exactly 44.1kHz / 16Bit WAV stereo and renamed to the correct format (e.g., REC01.wav).
It is recommended to use an isolated power supply to avoid interference from other devices.
This function is unavailable if no new layers have been overdubbed or if data was recently imported.
Before use
- Verify the power adapter is 9V 200mA with center negative polarity.
- Ensure the device is placed on a stable surface away from magnetic interference.
- Check that all audio cables are 1/4 inch unbalanced for proper connection.
- Ensure the computer recognizes the device as a removable disk when connected via USB.
