The FMS 1:6 JIMNY is a scale RC model featuring a metal beam, non-load bearing chassis, and leaf spring suspension. This manual covers the operation of the included FS-G4P transmitter and the WP-1040-BRUSHED ESC.

Transmitter Setup (FS-G4P)
The FS-G4P is a 4-channel 2.4GHz transmitter. Before operation, install 4 AA batteries in the base compartment.

Binding
- Turn on the transmitter while holding the bind button to enter bind mode (G.LED flashes quickly).
- Power on the receiver; it will enter bind mode automatically.
- Binding is successful when the receiver LED flashes slowly and the transmitter LED remains solid.
Calibration
If recalibration is required:
- Turn and hold the wheel clockwise and throttle forward, then turn on the transmitter.
- Calibrate wheel: Turn fully clockwise, then counterclockwise.
- Calibrate trigger: Pull back then forward fully.
- Press the bind key to save and exit.
ESC Configuration (WP-1040)
The ESC features jumpers to configure settings:

- Battery Type: Select between LiPo or NiMH.
- Mode: Select between Crawler or Boat mode.
- Reverse: Enable or disable reverse functionality.
Operating the Vehicle
Always power on the transmitter before the receiver. Ensure the throttle is at the lowest position and switches are in the up position before powering on. The vehicle features an adjustable windshield, hinged hood for maintenance, and a spare tire carrier.
Assembly
The vehicle requires assembly of the rearview mirrors and the top bow. Ensure all parts are securely fastened according to the assembly diagrams.
Battery Safety
- Always charge LiPo batteries on non-flammable, heat-resistant surfaces.
- Use a LiPo-safe bag during charging.
- Do not allow LiPo cells to exceed 60°C (140°F).
- Disconnect and remove the battery from the model when not in use for long periods.
