Installation and Setup

Install the refrigerator in a well-ventilated area away from extreme heat or cold. Ensure a minimum clearance of 1 inch (25mm) on both sides and the back for heat dissipation. The unit must be placed on a flat, firm, and level surface. Secure the unit to the cabinetry using the provided screws in the inner compartment.

Wiring and Connections

Connect the refrigerator to a 12V DC power source. Ensure the wire size is appropriate for the length of the run (12 AWG or larger is recommended). Connect the positive and negative terminals to the 12V DC supply. If installed in an RV, connect the GND terminal to a metal portion of the RV chassis.

Water Supply Connection

A cold water line with pressure between 20 and 120 psi is required. Use 1/4 inch (6.4mm) OD copper tubing to connect the main supply to the refrigerator inlet valve. Flush the supply line until water is clear before making the final connection.

Ice Maker Operation

The ice maker starts producing ice 12 to 24 hours after the refrigerator is turned on. Press the power button for 2 seconds to turn the ice maker on or off. Discard the first two batches of ice. If the unit will be stored for a long period, winterize the water system according to RV manufacturer instructions to prevent freezing.

Operation and Settings

Use the electronic display panel to adjust settings. Press the Fridge or Freezer buttons to enter setting mode; the temperature will flash and can be adjusted. The display also indicates power status (Full, Mid, Empty).

Maintenance and Cleaning

Clean the interior regularly with a soft towel or sponge dipped in warm water or neutral detergent. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners, bristle brushes, or organic solvents. Clean the door gasket to ensure an efficient seal. If the LED light is damaged, remove the cover and replace the LED board as instructed.

Troubleshooting

If the refrigerator is not cooling, check the power source and temperature settings. If the ice maker is not producing ice, verify the water supply is open and the ice maker is turned on. Normal sounds include gurgling (refrigerant circulation) and clicking (expansion/contraction of parts).
