This product is a seasonal decorative lighting item. It is designed for indoor use only. Always ensure the product is unplugged before performing any maintenance, such as replacing fuses or bulbs. Do not overload the circuit by stringing too many sets together.

Safety Instructions

• Do not use seasonal products outdoors unless marked suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
• Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles, or other heat sources.
• Do not secure wiring with staples or nails, or place on sharp hooks.
• Do not let lamps rest on the supply cord or any wire.
• Unplug the product when leaving the house, retiring for the night, or if left unattended.
• Do not hang ornaments or other objects from the cord, wire, or light string.
• Do not cover the product with cloth, paper, or any material not part of the product when in use.

Use and Care

• If placing on a live tree, ensure the tree is well-maintained, fresh, and stable. Do not use on trees with brown needles that break off easily.
• Keep the tree holder filled with water.
• Before using or reusing, inspect the product carefully. Discard any products with cut, damaged, or frayed wire insulation, cracks in lamp holders, or loose connections.
• When storing, remove carefully from trees or bushes to avoid strain on conductors and wires. Store in a cool, dry location protected from sunlight.

Fuse Replacement

If the fuse blows, it often indicates an overload. Unplug the product before attempting to replace the fuse.

1. Grasp the plug and remove it from the receptacle. Do not unplug by pulling the cord.
2. Using a flathead screwdriver, slide open the fuse access cover on top of the attachment plug towards the blades.
3. Carefully remove the old fuses.
4. Replace the fuse only with a 3 Amp, 125 Volt fuse (provided with the product).
5. Slide the fuse access cover closed. Ensure the door is fully closed and fuses are completely covered.

Bulb Replacement

Ensure the set is unplugged before changing bulbs.

1. Grasp the bulb by the plastic base and pull the bulb/base straight out of the socket.
2. If the spare bulb has no plastic base or the base does not fit, remove the old bulb by straightening the bulb wires and pulling it from the base.
3. Insert the new bulb by straightening the bulb leads and aiming each wire into a separate hole in the plastic base.
4. Ensure each bulb lead comes out an exit opening at the bottom of the plastic base. Bend each lead up so it fits closely against the narrow side of the plastic base.
5. Push the spare bulb/base assembly into the socket. Do not twist the bulb when inserting.
