How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you encounter a fault, follow these steps to initiate a claim:
- Contact Support: Reach out to your local distributor or the installer who set up the system. They are the default service channel.

- Required Information: Have the following ready: claimant contact details, product model and serial number, installation date, failure date, PV panel details, battery model (if applicable), and a description of the error message on the LCD screen.
- RMA Report: If a replacement is required, you must submit an RMA report following the GoodWe template within one month of the solution being determined.
