Assemble as a Mulcher
- Slide the front and rear mulcher tubes together until the lock button engages.

- Insert the wedged end clip of the mulcher tube into the rear clip, then push the hooked end clip into the front clip.
- Press the lock button back to engage the mulcher tube.

Operation
Connecting Power: Secure the extension cord to the motor housing using the notch at the rear of the blower to prevent accidental disconnection. Plug the female end into the unit.
Starting/Stopping: Roll the speed dial forward until a click is heard to turn the unit ON. Rotate the dial forward to increase speed (150-235 MPH). Rotate the dial backward to turn the unit OFF.
Operating Tips: Always hold the unit with both hands. Use the shoulder strap when in mulching mode. For mulching, tilt the tubes 2-4 inches above the ground and use a sweeping action.
Maintenance
- Cleaning the Unit: Turn off and unplug before cleaning. Use a small brush to clean the exterior. Do not use strong detergents or solvents.
- Cleaning the Bag: Empty the bag after each use. Wash the bag once a year by removing it, turning it inside out, hosing it down, and letting it hang to dry.
- Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, locked up and out of reach of children.
Troubleshooting
If the unit fails to start, check if it is plugged in, the switch is in the ON position, the tubes are correctly installed, or if the house circuit breaker has tripped. If the unit will not blow or mulch, check for a full bag, blocked tube/impeller, or if the bag is unzipped.
