The Hamilton Beach HBA11B is a dual-drawer air fryer designed for domestic use. Before first use, it is essential to run the appliance empty on the highest temperature setting for approximately 10 minutes to eliminate any coating residues. Ensure the unit is placed on a dry, flat, heat-resistant surface with at least 20 cm of clearance on the sides and 50 cm above the unit to allow for proper ventilation.

Product Overview
The appliance features two 5.5L drawers (A and B), two grill racks, and a central control panel. It operates using hot air circulation and is intended for grilling, baking, defrosting, and warming food. It is not suitable for liquid dishes like soups or stews.

Control Panel
The control panel allows for independent or synchronized cooking. Key features include:

- Drawer A & B LED Panels: Display settings for each zone.
- SYNC Function: Synchronizes the end time of cooking for both zones.
- DUAL Function: Copies settings from one zone to the other.
- Menu Keys: Presets for Fries, Wings, Steak, Shrimp, Fish, Bread, Bake, Pizza, and Veg.
- Knob: Used to adjust temperature and time, and to start/stop the cooking process.
Using Your Appliance
To operate the air fryer:
- Prepare food and insert grill racks into the drawers.
- Place food into the drawers and insert them into the chambers.
- Press the Power button to activate the panel.
- Select a programme and adjust temperature/time using the knob.
- If using both drawers, use the DUAL key to copy settings or the '2' key to set the second zone independently.
- Press the SYNC button if you want both zones to finish at the same time.
- Press the START/STOP knob to begin.
You can pause cooking by pulling out a drawer; the timer will resume once the drawer is reinserted.
Cleaning & Care
Always disconnect the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. The drawers and racks are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to maintain durability. Wipe the exterior and heating elements with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or pads.
Troubleshooting
If the device does not work, check the power connection and socket. If food is not cooked evenly, reduce the amount of food in the drawer (fill no more than 1/3 full) or use the SYNC function. If chips are not crispy, cut potatoes into smaller pieces, dab them dry, and drizzle with a little oil.
