Safety Warnings
- Always wear eye protection.
- Keep the work area clean and well-lit.
- Do not operate in explosive atmospheres.
- Hold the tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing operations where the cutting accessory may contact hidden wiring.
- Use auxiliary handles to maintain control.
Battery and Charger
- Use only the charger specified by the manufacturer.
- Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
- Charge the battery at an ambient temperature of 0–40°C.
- If the battery is overheated, let it cool before attempting to charge.
Operation


- Battery: Remove and insert the battery as shown in Figure 1.
- Drill Bit: Mount the drill bit as shown in Figure 9.
- Rotation: Use the switch to reverse the rotational direction (Figure 10).
- Switch: Operate the switch as shown in Figure 11.
Maintenance and Inspection

- Inspect the tool regularly; sharpen or replace dull tools to prevent motor malfunction.
- Check all mounting screws regularly and ensure they are properly tightened.
- Inspect carbon brushes (Figure 12) and replace them when they are worn to or near the 'wear limit'.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, dry cloth or a cloth moistened with soapy water. Do not use solvents that melt plastic.
Troubleshooting
- If the motor stops during use, check if the battery is empty or if the tool is overloaded.
- If the motor is locked, turn off the power immediately to prevent damage.
- If the battery is overheated, let it cool down before resuming work.
