Setup and Installation


- Battery: Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Insert it firmly into the tool until it clicks.
- Holders and Pistons: Choose the appropriate holder and piston based on the sealing material (cartridges, sausages, or buckets).
- Exchanging the Rack: Install the rack with its teeth facing downward.
- Exchanging the Piston: Detach the piston from the rack by twisting it counter-clockwise. Twist in the opposite direction to attach.
Operation
- Switch Operation: Pull the trigger to dispense. The piston retracts slightly when the switch is released to prevent dripping.
- Speed Adjustment: Adjust the operating speed by varying the pressure on the trigger switch. Start at a low speed and increase gradually.
- LED Light: The LED light illuminates the work area.
- Hook: Use the hook to temporarily hang the unit during operations. Do not hang the unit on your person.
Maintenance and Inspection
- Cleaning: Wipe the tool with a soft dry cloth or a cloth moistened with soapy water. Do not use chloric solvents, gasoline, or paint thinner.
- Terminals: Regularly check the tool and battery terminals for dust and swarf.
- Storage: Store in a place where the temperature is less than 40°C and out of reach of children.
