Safety Warnings

  • Eye Protection: Always wear safety goggles compliant with AS/NZS 1337.
  • Trigger Safety: Keep fingers away from the trigger when not actively nailing.

Charging the Battery

Operation

The nailer features two operation modes (except for New Zealand models, which are Full Sequential only):

  • Full Sequential Actuation: Press the push lever against the wood, then pull the trigger.
  • Contact Actuation: Pull the trigger first, then press the push lever against the wood to drive a nail.

Trigger Lock: Always engage the trigger lock when the tool is not in use.

Depth Adjustment: If nails are driven too deep or shallow, use the adjuster on the firing head to change the depth in half-turn increments.

  • Cleaning: Regularly blow out the magazine and feeder mechanism to prevent jams.
  • Jam Clearing: If a jam occurs, remove the battery and nails, then use the provided Torx bar wrench to remove the magazine bolts and clear the firing head.

Troubleshooting

Common problems

Nailer does not operate (Power switch ON)

Ensure the nailer is pressed firmly against the workpiece. Verify that the trigger is pulled within 2 seconds of the push lever activation. Check if the trigger lock is engaged.

Nails jam
