Common problems
Multifunction display is blank
Check if the PRCD is switched on, verify the power supply, or check if water has entered the motor (allow to dry).
Diamond core bit does not rotate
Check if the bit is jammed in the hole. If using a drill stand, use the hand wheel to move the carriage and release the bit.
Drilling performance decreases
Check for maximum depth, stuck core, wrong gear, low contact pressure, or a polished diamond bit (sharpen by drilling into a sharpening plate).
Water leaking from chuck
Ensure the core bit is securely tightened and properly aligned. Check the seal and replace if necessary.
