Pre-assembly Preparation

Before beginning the installation, ensure you have the necessary tools: safety goggles, sealant, and a level. If replacing an old vanity, follow these steps:

• Turn off the water supply and drain the pipes.
• Disconnect the supply lines from the faucet.
• Remove the old vanity top and cabinet.
• Temporarily plug drain pipes with a rag if the new vanity is not installed immediately.
• Check the floor and wall for unevenness using a level. Repair high or low spots to prevent cabinet twisting.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your vanity:

1. Position the vanity: Place the vanity with top (A) in the desired location, ensuring it is flush against the wall. Adjust the leg levelers until the unit is perfectly level.
2. Apply backsplash sealant: Clean the backsplash (B) of debris. Apply thin beads of clear silicon sealant (not included) to the unpolished back and bottom edges of the backsplash.
3. Install the backsplash: Set the unpolished bottom edge of the backsplash (B) onto the vanity counter top (A). Press gently against the wall and down onto the top. Wipe away any excess sealant immediately.

Care and Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life of your vanity:

• Countertop Care: Rinse with hot water as needed. Blot spills immediately using mild soap and warm water. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Re-seal the stone periodically based on usage.
• Cabinet Care: Dust frequently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Clean spills immediately using a blotting action. Avoid silicone cleaners and waxes.
• Environmental Factors: Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures by keeping the unit away from heat sources and air vents.

Troubleshooting

If you experience issues with the vanity doors, such as rubbing against surfaces or uneven gaps, the most common cause is an unlevel floor. Correct this by adjusting the leg levelers to ensure the vanity is level, or by adjusting the door hinges.
