This document provides essential instructions for the assembly and maintenance of the NOVA 43 Inch Single Vanity. Before beginning, ensure you have the necessary tools (safety goggles, sealant, and a level). The product is designed to hold a maximum of 50 lbs. Always ensure the vanity is installed on a flat, level surface to prevent damage or misalignment.

Pre-assembly

Before installing the new vanity, follow these preparation steps:

• Turn off the water supply and drain the pipes.
• Disconnect the supply lines from the existing faucet.
• Remove the old vanity top and vanity.
• Use a level to check the floor and wall areas. Repair any uneven spots by reducing high points or shimming low spots to prevent cabinet twisting.

Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble the vanity:

1. Position vanity: Place the vanity with top (A) in the desired location, ensuring it is flush against the wall. Adjust the leg levelers until the unit is perfectly level.
2. Apply backsplash sealant: Clean the backsplash (B) of all debris. Apply thin beads of clear silicone sealant (not included) to the unpolished back and bottom edge of the backsplash.
3. Install the backsplash: Set the unpolished bottom edge of the backsplash (B) onto the vanity counter top (A). Press it gently against the wall and down onto the top. Remove any excess sealant immediately.

Care and Cleaning

Countertop Care

• Rinse with clean, hot water when needed.
• Blot spills quickly using mild soap and warm water.
• Use non-abrasive household cleansers.
• Remove oil-based stains with acetone, mineral spirits, or ammonia.
• Organic stains (coffee, tea, juice) can be treated with hydrogen peroxide mixed with a few drops of ammonia.
• Reapply a penetrating non-toxic sealer periodically, depending on usage.

Cabinet Care

• Dust frequently with a clean, soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
• Clean up spills immediately using a blotting action.
• Clean in the direction of the grain. Avoid silicone cleaners and waxes.

Safety Information

Warning: Adult assembly is required. Do not over-tighten connectors (screws, bolts) as this can damage the product. Do not stand, step, or climb on the unit.
