Important Mounting Information
This guide provides instructions for mounting the HORI Force Feedback Truck Control System (HPC-044). Please note that the steering wheel stand and M6 screws are sold separately. Always ensure you are using the correct bolt length to avoid damaging the internal components of the device. If you are using a specific racing wheel cockpit or stand, please contact the manufacturer directly for compatibility information.
Steering Wheel Unit Mounting
The steering wheel unit requires two M6 bolts for attachment to a racing cockpit. The required length of the M6 bolt is the thickness of the fixed surface plus 10 mm to 25 mm. Using bolts that are too long or too wide may cause damage to the inside of the product or prevent proper attachment.
Shifter Unit Mounting
The shifter unit also requires two M6 bolts for mounting. The required length of the M6 bolt is the thickness of the fixed surface plus 10 mm to 23 mm. Ensure the bolts are within this range to prevent internal damage.
Clamp Attachment
The racing wheel can be attached to a hard surface using the clamp attachment. This is compatible with surfaces that have a thickness between 6 mm and 45 mm. The product will not attach properly to surfaces outside of this thickness range.
Foot Pedals Mounting
The foot pedals require two M6 bolts for attachment to a racing cockpit. The required length of the M6 bolt is the thickness of the fixed surface plus 10 mm to 32 mm.

Common problems
Product does not attach properly
Ensure the surface thickness is within the specified range (6-45mm for clamp) or that the M6 bolts are the correct length for your cockpit.
Risk of internal damage
Do not use bolts that exceed the recommended length (Surface thickness + 10-25mm for wheel, 10-23mm for shifter, 10-32mm for pedals).

- Verify your racing cockpit or stand is compatible with M6 bolts.
- Measure the thickness of your mounting surface.
- Select M6 bolts of the appropriate length based on your surface thickness.
