The Husqvarna DE 110i is a battery-powered dust extractor designed for professional use. Before operating, ensure the battery is fully charged, the work area is clean, and you are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Always perform daily maintenance checks before starting the machine.

Product description
The product is a battery-powered dust extractor. Dust-laden air enters through the suction hose, where the product separates dust particles from the air. The particles are collected in a plastic bag at the bottom of the unit.
Safety
- Personal Protective Equipment: Always wear eye protection, hearing protection, and respiratory protection (class P2 or higher).
- Operational Safety: Do not collect ignition sources, hot particles, liquids, or explosive materials.
- Maintenance Safety: Always remove the battery before performing maintenance or assembly.
- General Safety: Do not operate the product if it is damaged or if safety equipment is faulty.
Operation



- Attaching the hose: Insert the hose adapter into the hose connector until it clicks into position.
- Starting the product: Install a charged battery, press the On/Off button, and select the correct hose diameter.
- e-Flow function: This function automatically adjusts airflow to the workload for optimal performance.
- Filter purge: Use the filter purge button to clean the prefilter when suction is insufficient or the prefilter clogged alarm sounds.
- Longopac installation: Install the Longopac cassette around the inner edge of the holder and secure it according to the instructions.
Maintenance


- Maintenance schedule: Perform daily checks on the hose, connectors, and filter purge function.
- Cleaning: Clean the external surface with a moist cloth. Do not use high-pressure washers or compressed air.
- Filter replacement: Replace the HEPA filter if it is clogged or damaged. Only use original Husqvarna HEPA filters.
Troubleshooting
- Motor stops immediately: Check for power, battery faults, damaged HEPA filter, or short circuits.
- No suction: Ensure the hose is connected correctly, not blocked, and that the Longopac is installed and sealed.
- Insufficient suction: Check for low voltage, holes in the hose, or clogged filters.
