Product Overview

The dust extractor is a single-phase unit designed for professional use to collect dry material. It features a HEPA filter, a prefilter, and a Longopac dust collection system. The control panel allows for monitoring and operation, including e-Flow and automatic start functions on specific models.

Operation

Before starting, ensure the voltage and frequency on the type plate match your power supply. Connect the dust extraction hose and floor nozzle securely. For operation on slopes, lock the transport wheels using the wheel brakes. The unit features an e-Flow function that automatically adjusts airflow to the workload. On DE 110S and DE 110 models, the automatic start function allows the extractor to start when a connected power tool is activated.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is critical for safety and performance. Perform the filter purge procedure before work stops, at the end of the day, or when suction is insufficient. The prefilter can be cleaned with water, but it must be 100% dry before reinstallation. The HEPA filter cannot be cleaned and must be replaced if clogged or damaged. Always use original spare parts and follow the maintenance schedule provided in the manual.

Troubleshooting

If the motor stops or fails to start, check for power, a defective cord, or a damaged/missing HEPA filter. If there is no suction, check the hose connection and ensure the Longopac is correctly installed and sealed. If suction is insufficient, check for hose blockages, clogged filters, or loose covers.

Safety

Never operate the product without the complete filtration system. Do not collect ignition sources, hot particles, liquids, or explosive materials. Always disconnect the power supply before performing maintenance or cleaning. The product generates an electromagnetic field; consult a physician if you have medical implants.
