The Ideal Evojet is a range of floor-standing condensing pressure jet boilers available in 14 models with outputs ranging from 150kW to 3000kW. These boilers are designed for central heating and, when used with a suitable storage cylinder, can produce domestic hot water. They feature a stainless steel heat exchanger and are compatible with Natural Gas, LPG, or Oil.

Dimensions and Clearances
To ensure proper operation and maintenance, the following minimum clearances must be maintained:

- Front: Burner length + 600mm (for access/maintenance) or Boiler length (for cleaning).
- Sides: 1500mm (minimum).
- Rear: 1000mm (minimum).
- Top: 1000mm (minimum).
Boiler Assembly
The boiler assembly consists of various components including the diffuser, hook, door, fumes chamber, probe holder pocket, burner flange, and panelling assemblies. Refer to the exploded view diagram in the manual for the specific location and identification of these parts (numbered 1-35).

Technical Specifications
Key technical parameters for the Evojet 2100kW model include:
- Efficiency: Up to 109.3% part load efficiency (NCV 50/30).
- Max Working Pressure: 6 bar.
- Electrical Supply: 230V ± 10% 50Hz 1 Phase.
- Power Consumption: 250 Watts.
- Flow Connections: DN200 PN6.
- Condensate Connection: 1.25 inches.
Engineering Specification
The boilers are designed for fully automatic control. Control options include Two Stage Burner, Modulating Burner, BMS 0-10V, and Oil & Dual Fuel. The system supports frost protection, weather or room compensation, and system pump control when used with external components.
Practical help
Common problems
Standard design requirements are based on 20mbar. If the available pressure is lower or different fuel types are used, consult your sales contact for alternative matching or a gas booster kit.
Certain burner types require higher minimum gas pressure. Confirm specific burner requirements with your sales contact.
Before use
- Verify that the installation location meets the minimum clearance requirements (Front, Sides, Rear, Top).
- Ensure the fuel supply (Natural Gas, LPG, or Oil) matches the burner configuration.
- Confirm that the system flow rates meet the minimum requirements for the specific boiler model.
- Check that the electrical supply is 230V 50Hz 1 Phase.
- Ensure the system is a fully pumped sealed water system.
