Technical Specifications

Electrical: The unit requires a 230V ± 10% 50Hz 1 Ph supply with a 6.3A fuse rating and 250W power consumption.

Hydraulics: The boiler has a maximum working pressure of 6 bar and a water content of 360 litres. Flow and return connections are DN65 PN6, with a return connection (ht) of DN50 PN6.

Performance: The boiler features a part load efficiency of up to 109.3% (NCV 50/30) and a seasonal efficiency of 96.4% (Part L vol.2 2022).

Installation and Clearances

To ensure proper operation and servicing, the following minimum clearances must be maintained:

  • Front: Burner length + 600mm (for access/maintenance) or Boiler length (for cleaning).
  • Sides: 1000mm minimum.
  • Rear: 1000mm minimum.
  • Top: 1000mm minimum.

Operational Features

The Evojet range is designed for high efficiency with a stainless steel heat exchanger and triple flue pass. It supports modulation via 0-10 volt BMS or RWF controller. The boiler is compatible with Natural Gas, LPG, and Oil, depending on the burner selection.

Practical help

Common problems

Insufficient clearance for maintenance

Ensure 1000mm clearance on sides, rear, and top. Front clearance must be at least the burner length plus 600mm for access.

Boiler not starting or operating incorrectly

Verify electrical supply (230V 50Hz), check fuse rating (6.3T), and ensure gas pressure is at least 20mbar for Natural Gas.

Before use

  • Verify the fuel type (Natural Gas, LPG, or Oil) matches the burner configuration.
  • Ensure the electrical supply is 230V 50Hz.
  • Confirm that minimum flow rates are met as per the specification table.
  • Check that all installation clearances (1000mm sides/rear/top) are maintained.
  • Ensure the system is fully pumped and sealed.
