The IGM 151-MFlux5 is a mobile air filter designed for non-explosive atmospheres. Important: Do not use this machine to collect sawdust from wood or woodworking machines. Always ensure the machine is disconnected from the power supply before performing any maintenance or assembly. The machine features a 4000-hour filter change indicator; when the LED blinks twice, the HEPA filters need to be replaced.

Safety Instructions
- Operate only in well-ventilated areas.
- Wear eye and respiratory protection during operation and maintenance.
- Ensure casters are locked before turning the machine on.
- Do not place hands or tools near the air intake.
- Use only with filters installed.
- Do not operate near flammable liquids or gases.
- Keep the motor fan clear of obstructions.
Machine Description
The control panel features an on-board circuit breaker (A) that pops out if overloaded, an ON/OFF switch (B), a control panel pair button/filter timer reset button (C), and an LED filter change indicator (D).

Setup and Assembly
Approximate assembly time is 15 minutes. Unpack the machine and ensure all parts are present. Attach the four handles to both sides of the unit using the provided hex bolts. Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, well-lit surface with sufficient space around it.

Operation and Remote Pairing
To start or stop the machine, use the ON/OFF buttons on the control panel or the remote control. To pair the remote control: ensure the machine is ON, press the control panel pair button until you hear two beeps, then press the remote-control pair button simultaneously until you hear three beeps. You can pair up to 5 remotes.

Maintenance and HEPA Filter Replacement
Disconnect the machine from power before maintenance. Regularly check for leaks and clean filters. To replace the HEPA filter: open the latches on both sides, lift and remove the four fasteners securing the filter, replace the filter (ensure the arrow on the label points in the direction of airflow), reinsert fasteners, and lock the latches. After replacement, press the filter timer reset button 5 times to reset the 4000-hour timer.

Troubleshooting
If the machine does not start, check the power supply, wall fuse, remote batteries, or the on-board circuit breaker. If there is excessive vibration or noise, inspect for loose components, loose motor mounts, or a damaged fan. Ensure the machine is on a flat, stable surface.
