Assembly and mounting
The machine is supplied unassembled. You can mount the feeder to a workbench using the provided 1:1 template or use a quick-fit universal plate (not included).

- Mounting to a workbench: Use the 1:1 template to mark holes. Prepare 4 bolts (M10) and spring washers. Ensure the base is positioned to avoid ribbing on the underside of the table.
- Fastening: Secure using nuts through the table or by drilling and threading the table directly.
- Feeder assembly: Mount the swivel joint onto the stand and secure with the lever. Assemble the arm holder and joint components as detailed in the manual.
Set-up and adjustment

- Basic movements: Use the locking levers to rotate the feeder, adjust height, and move the arm protrusion.
- Feeding from above: Ensure constant pressure against the fence. The distance between the feeder and the fence should be 3-4 mm greater on the infeed roller than on the outfeed roller.
- Feeding from the side: Rotate the feeder to a vertical position using the locking lever.
Operating the machine
The feeder features a switch to indicate feed direction (middle position is OFF). The control wheel regulates feed speed (2-12 m/min) and acts as a power switch when pushed.

Maintenance and lubrication

- Replacing rollers: Disconnect from power. Remove the front cover, remove the circlip, and replace the roller. Use D76x30 mm rollers (code: 141-R76).
- Lubrication: Lubricate wheels every 200 hours of operation or every 30 days using a grease gun. Recommended greases include Shell Alvania Grease R2, Shell Gadus S2 V220 2, Mobilux EP 2, or Fuchs Renolit EP 2.
