Quick guide from the manual
The Leedarson 14aSA-PR1800ST-W1MS-01 is an LED lamp equipped with an integrated microwave motion sensor. Key operational requirements include a 60-second warm-up period after power is applied and proper installation orientation for optimal detection. Installation
- Turn off the power to the light fixture.
- Install the LED light bulb into the fixture.
- Turn the power on to the light fixture.
- Wait 60 seconds for the bulb to calibrate; after this time, the motion sensor will be active.
Operation
Once the 60-second warm-up period is complete, the bulb operates automatically based on motion detection:
- Motion Detection: The bulb will turn on automatically when motion is detected.
- Hold Time: The bulb will remain on for 60 seconds after motion is no longer detected.
- Power Requirement: Power must be continuously supplied to the fixture for the bulb to function correctly.
Tips for best performance
- Orientation: For best performance, install the light bulb facing downwards.
- Height: The sensor is optimized for fixtures installed at a height of 9ft.
- Fixture Material: Be aware that some metal fixtures may impact the performance of the motion sensor.
