Product Overview
The LeoVince LV ONE EVO is a high-performance slip-on exhaust system designed for specific adventure motorcycles, including the CFMOTO 800MT, Husqvarna Norden 901, and KTM 790/890 Adventure series. This system is engineered to enhance performance while maintaining compliance with standard vehicle configurations.
Safety Precautions
Before beginning any work, ensure the exhaust system has completely cooled to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components such as fairings, hoses, or rubber sleeves. Always wear appropriate protective gear and work in a well-ventilated area.
Installation Instructions

- Remove the original equipment (OE) silencer.
- Verify that mating surfaces are clean and in good condition. Slide the LeoVince link pipe onto the original header, ensuring the graphite bushing (if supplied) is correctly positioned to replace the OE bushing.
- Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
- Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Check the alignment of the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet.
- Connect the components using the provided springs.
- Install clamps, spacers, washers, and support brackets as indicated in the technical drawings.
- Tighten all clamps to secure the connection between the link pipe and the original exhaust headers.
- Start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature. Check for any gas leaks and tighten all fasteners if necessary.
Maintenance and Care
Regularly inspect all brackets, fasteners, and connections, as these may be affected by vibration and heat. Periodically replace wear-prone components such as sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts. To clean the silencer, use gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties.
Important Notes
During the first few kilometers, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period, which may result in slight gas leakage. After approximately 100 km, perform a thorough check and tighten all bolts. It is normal for white smoke to appear during the first use, even after the engine is turned off. Any modification or tampering with the exhaust system is strictly prohibited and will void the manufacturer's warranty. Professional installation is highly recommended.
