Product Overview

The LeoVince Classic Racer slip-on exhaust is a high-quality aftermarket upgrade specifically engineered for the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650. This system is designed to provide a distinct aesthetic and acoustic enhancement to your motorcycle. Please note that this product is non-approved for road use.

Safety Precautions

Before beginning any work, ensure the exhaust system has completely cooled down to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components such as fairings, hoses, or rubber sleeves. We strongly recommend that the installation be performed by a qualified professional.

Installation Guide

  • Remove the original OE silencer.
  • Verify that all mating surfaces are clean and in good condition.
  • Slide the link pipe onto the original header, taking care not to damage the graphite bushing if supplied. Tighten the securing strap partially to allow for final adjustments.
  • Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe, ensuring correct alignment of the spring mounting eyes and the exhaust outlet.
  • Connect the components using the provided springs.
  • Mount all spacers, washers, and support brackets as indicated in the technical diagrams, then secure all nuts and bolts firmly.
  • Once installed, start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature. Check for any gas leaks at the connections.

Important Usage Notes

During the first few kilometers of use, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period, which may result in slight gas leakage. It is essential to check and tighten all fasteners after approximately 100 km of riding. It is also normal for some white smoke to appear during the first use, even after the engine is turned off.

Maintenance

Periodically inspect all brackets, fasteners, and components prone to wear, such as sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts. Replace these items as necessary. For cleaning, use gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; never use solvents. Discoloration of the silencer is a normal result of heat and material properties and is not a defect.

Prohibitions

Any modification or tampering with the exhaust system is strictly prohibited. Belgrove Sp. z o.o. declines all responsibility for defects, malfunctions, or damages arising from the use of a modified or tampered product.
