Product Overview

The LeoVince LV One EVO slip-on exhaust is engineered specifically for the Triumph Tiger 900 (GT, GT Pro, and Rally Pro models). It is available in stainless steel or black edition finishes and is fully compatible with the motorcycle's original panniers. This system provides a lightweight alternative to the stock exhaust, weighing 3.40 kg compared to the original 4.73 kg.

Safety Precautions

Before beginning any work, ensure the exhaust system has cooled completely to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components such as fairings, hoses, or rubber sleeves. We strongly recommend that the installation be performed by a qualified professional.

Installation Guide

• Remove the original stock silencer.
• Ensure all mating surfaces are clean and in good condition.
• Connect the LeoVince pipe to the original collector.
• Install the LeoVince muffler and secure it using the provided hardware.
• Attach the springs or clamps as required.
• Install the carbon heat shields.
• Verify correct alignment and ensure all fasteners are tightened securely.
• Start the engine, allow it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.

If necessary, use a rubber mallet to gently tap connection pipes into place for a proper fit.

Maintenance and Care

Regularly inspect all brackets, fasteners, and seals, as these components may deteriorate over time. Replace any worn parts, including sound-deadening material and rubber elements. For cleaning, use gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; never use solvents. Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties. During the first few kilometers, the exhaust system will settle, and minor gas leakage may occur. Re-check all fasteners after approximately 100 km. It is normal for some white smoke to appear during the first use.
