Product Overview
The LeoVince LV One EVO slip-on exhaust is a high-performance upgrade for the Benelli TRK 702 and 702 X. This system is designed to fit with original center stands and panniers, and is compatible with 35 kW versions. It is available in Stainless Steel and Black Edition finishes.
Technical Specifications
- Weight: 3.20 kg (compared to 6.30 kg for the stock exhaust).
- Compatibility: Benelli TRK 702 / 702 X.
- Material: High-quality stainless steel construction.
Safety Precautions
Before starting any work, ensure the exhaust system has cooled down completely to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components like fairings, hoses, or rubber sleeves. We strongly recommend that the installation be performed by a qualified professional.
Installation
The installation process involves removing the stock silencer and pipe, cleaning all mating surfaces, and securing the new LeoVince components. If necessary, use a rubber mallet to gently tap connection pipes into place. Ensure all fasteners are correctly tightened and the system is properly aligned before starting the engine.

Maintenance
Regularly check all brackets and fasteners, as they may be affected by heat and vibration. Periodically inspect sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts, replacing them as needed. Clean the silencer using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; never use solvents. Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties. Any modification or tampering with the exhaust system is strictly prohibited and will void the warranty.
Troubleshooting
During the first few kilometers of use, the exhaust system will settle, which may result in minor gas leakage. It is normal to observe some white smoke during the first use, even after the engine is turned off. After approximately 100 km, it is essential to re-check and tighten all bolts and fasteners.
