Table of contents

Product Overview

The LeoVince LV Pro slip-on exhaust is a high-performance upgrade designed specifically for the KTM Duke 125 and 390. This system is engineered to improve exhaust flow and reduce weight compared to the original stock exhaust. The system is available in stainless steel and carbon fiber variants, providing both durability and a distinct aesthetic.

Safety Precautions

Before beginning any work, ensure the motorcycle's exhaust system has completely cooled down to prevent burns and damage to heat-sensitive components such as fairings, hoses, or rubber sleeves. Always work in a well-ventilated area and use appropriate protective gear.

Installation Instructions

  • Remove the original silencer from the motorcycle.
  • Verify that the mating surfaces are clean and in good condition. Slide the LeoVince link pipe onto the original header, taking care not to damage the graphite bushing if supplied.
  • Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
  • Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe, ensuring the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet are correctly aligned.
  • Connect the silencer to the link pipe using the provided springs.
  • Fit the clamps to the silencer, mount the spacers, washers, and brackets as indicated in the technical drawing, and tighten all nuts and bolts securely.
  • Tighten the clamps joining the link pipe to the exhaust headers.
  • Start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature. Check for any gas leaks and ensure all connections are secure.

Maintenance and Adjustments

During the first few kilometers of use, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period, which may result in minor gas leakage. It is essential to check and tighten all fasteners after approximately 100 km of riding. Periodically inspect all brackets, fasteners, and rubber components for signs of wear and replace them as necessary. The silencer can be cleaned using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties.

Important Warnings

Modifying the silencer in any way is strictly forbidden. Belgrove Sp. z o.o. declines all responsibility for defects or malfunctions resulting from unauthorized modifications. We strongly recommend that the installation be performed by a professional mechanic.
