Quick guide from the manual
This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the LeoVince LV-10 Carbon slip-on exhaust. It is highly recommended that the installation be performed by a professional. During the first 100 km of use, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period; it is mandatory to check and tighten all fasteners after this distance.
Components
The kit includes the following main parts:
- Silenziatore (Muffler)
- Collettore (Link pipe)
- Kit minuteria (Fitting kit including springs, spacers, and brackets)
Installation

- Ensure the engine and exhaust system are completely cool before starting work to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components.
- Remove the original (OE) silencer.
- Verify that mating surfaces are clean. Slide the link pipe onto the original header, taking care not to damage the graphite bushing (if supplied). Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for adjustments.
- Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Check the alignment of the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet.
- Connect the silencer and link pipe using the provided springs.
- Mount spacers, washers, and brackets as shown in the technical diagram, then secure all nuts and bolts.
- Start the engine, wait a few minutes for it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.
Maintenance
Periodically check all brackets and fasteners, as they may be affected by use. Inspect sound-deadening material and rubber parts, replacing them if necessary. For cleaning, use only gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties and is not a defect.
Safety and Restrictions
Any modification or tampering with the exhaust silencer is strictly forbidden. Belgrove Sp. z o.o. declines all responsibility for defects or malfunctions resulting from modified products.
