This manual provides instructions for the LeoVince slip-on exhaust system designed for Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650 motorcycles. Before beginning, ensure the exhaust system is completely cool to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components. Note that the exhaust system requires a break-in period; it is normal to observe slight gas leakage or white smoke during the first use. All fasteners must be checked and re-tightened after approximately 100 km of riding.
Installation Instructions

- Remove the original (OE) silencer from the motorcycle.
- Verify that the mating surfaces are clean and in good condition.
- Slide the link pipe onto the original header, taking care not to damage the graphite bushing (if supplied). Replace the original bushing if necessary.
- Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for further adjustments.
- Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe.
- Check the alignment of the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet.
- Connect the silencer and link pipe using the provided springs.
- Mount the spacers, washers, and support brackets as shown in the product diagram.
- Secure all components by tightening the nuts and bolts.
- Start the engine, wait a few minutes for it to reach operating temperature, and check for any gas leaks.
Maintenance and Care
Periodically check all brackets and fasteners, as they may be affected by use. Inspect components such as sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts, and replace them if they show signs of deterioration. For cleaning the silencer, use gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol. Do not use any type of solvent. Discoloration of the silencer is normal and results from heat and the nature of the materials used.
Important Warnings
Any modification or tampering with the exhaust silencer is strictly prohibited. Belgrove Sp. z o.o. declines all responsibility for defects, problems, or malfunctions arising from the use of a modified or tampered product. It is highly recommended that the installation be performed by a professional.
