Product Overview
The LeoVince 15242T is a high-performance LV-10 Titanium slip-on exhaust system specifically engineered for Husqvarna Svartpilen and Vitpilen 125/401 motorcycles. This system is designed to provide optimal performance while maintaining standard vehicle trim.
Technical Specifications
- Model: 15242T (LV-10 Titanium)
- Weight: 0.90 kg (compared to 2.05 kg for the original stock exhaust)
- Compatibility: Husqvarna Svartpilen / Vitpilen 125 / 401
Safety Precautions
Before beginning any work, ensure the exhaust system has completely cooled to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components such as fairings, hoses, or rubber sleeves. We strongly recommend that the installation be performed by a qualified professional.
Installation Instructions

- Remove the original OE silencer.
- Verify that mating surfaces are clean and in good condition. Slide the link pipe onto the original header, taking care not to damage the graphite bushing if supplied. Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
- Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Ensure the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet are correctly aligned, then secure the parts using the provided springs.
- Mount all spacers, washers, and brackets as indicated in the technical drawing and tighten all nuts and bolts.
- Tighten the clamps connecting the link pipe to the exhaust headers.
- Start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature. Check for any gas leaks and ensure all connections are secure.
Maintenance and Care
Periodically check all brackets, fasteners, and seals, as these components are subject to wear. Replace sound-deadening material and rubber parts as needed. For cleaning, use only gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; never use solvents. Note that some discoloration of the titanium silencer is normal due to heat and material properties. During the first 100 km, the exhaust will settle; check and re-tighten all fasteners after this initial period. Any modification to the silencer is strictly prohibited and will void all manufacturer responsibilities.
