Product Overview
The LeoVince LV-10 Full Black slip-on exhaust (Art. 15220FB) is a high-performance aftermarket exhaust system specifically engineered for the Husqvarna Svartpilen 701 and Vitpilen 701 models, including the 33 kW version. This system is designed to enhance the motorcycle's performance while maintaining standard factory tuning.
Installation Instructions
Before beginning the installation, ensure the exhaust system is completely cool to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components like fairings or hoses. We strongly recommend that the installation be performed by a qualified professional.

- Remove the original OE silencer.
- Inspect the mating surfaces for cleanliness. Slide the LeoVince link pipe onto the original header, ensuring the graphite bushing (if supplied) is correctly positioned to replace the original. Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
- Slide the LV-10 silencer onto the link pipe. Verify the alignment of the spring mounting eyes and the exhaust outlet. Secure the connection using the provided springs.
- Install all spacers, washers, and support brackets as indicated in the technical drawing, then tighten all nuts and bolts.
- Fully tighten the clamps connecting the link pipe to the exhaust headers.
- Start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature. Check the entire system for any gas leaks.
Important Usage Notes
During the first few kilometers of use, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period, which may result in minor gas leakage. It is mandatory to check and re-tighten all fasteners after approximately 100 km of riding.
Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity and performance of your exhaust system:
- Periodically inspect all brackets, fasteners, and connections.
- Check components prone to wear, such as sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts, and replace them as necessary.
- Clean the silencer using only gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol. Do not use any solvents.
- Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties and does not constitute a defect.
Safety and Compliance
Any modification or tampering with the silencer is strictly prohibited. Belgrove Sp. z o.o. declines all responsibility for defects, malfunctions, or damages resulting from unauthorized modifications to the product.
