Product Overview
The LeoVince LV-10 Full Black is a high-performance slip-on exhaust system specifically engineered for the Ducati Scrambler 800 Icon and Dark models (including 35 kW versions). This system is designed to enhance the motorcycle's performance while maintaining standard factory settings.
Safety Precautions
Before beginning any work, ensure the motorcycle engine and exhaust system have cooled completely. Touching hot surfaces can cause severe burns and damage heat-sensitive components such as fairings, hoses, or rubber sleeves.
Installation Instructions

- Remove the original silencer from the motorcycle.
- Inspect the mating surfaces for cleanliness and good condition.
- Install the new link pipe onto the original header, ensuring the graphite bushing (if provided) is correctly positioned to replace the original. Tighten the securing strap partially to allow for final adjustments.
- Attach the support bracket to the motorcycle frame using the supplied hardware.
- Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Verify the alignment of the spring mounting eyes and the exhaust outlet.
- Secure the components using the provided springs, spacers, washers, and bolts as indicated in the technical diagrams.
- Tighten all clamps and fasteners to ensure a secure fit.
- Start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature. Check for any gas leaks.
Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance is essential for optimal performance and longevity:
- Periodically check all brackets, fasteners, and connections, as they may loosen due to vibration and heat.
- Inspect wear-prone components such as sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts, and replace them as necessary.
- Clean the silencer using gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol. Do not use any solvents.
- Note that color changes in the silencer are a normal result of heat and material properties during standard use.
Important Notes
During the first few kilometers of use, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period, which may result in minor gas leakage. It is mandatory to check and re-tighten all bolts and fasteners after approximately 100 km of riding. Any modification or tampering with the exhaust system is strictly prohibited and will void all manufacturer warranties and responsibilities.
