Product Overview
The LeoVince LV One EVO is a high-performance full exhaust system engineered specifically for the KTM 690 Enduro R and KTM 690 SMC R (including 35kW versions). This system is designed to optimize engine performance while maintaining compatibility with the motorcycle's original configuration.

Safety Precautions
Before beginning any work, ensure the engine and exhaust system have cooled completely to prevent burns or damage to heat-sensitive components such as fairings, hoses, or rubber sleeves. It is strongly recommended that the installation be performed by a qualified professional.
Installation Instructions
- Remove the motorcycle's fairings and the complete original exhaust system, ensuring the Lambda probe is disconnected.
- Install the bushing into the cylinder seat and fit the flange, using the provided gasket if applicable. Tighten the nuts partially to allow for proper alignment.
- Attach the primary manifold to the bushing, verify orientation, and secure it to the flange using the supplied springs.
- Connect the Lambda probe to the designated point on the LeoVince end manifold.
- Slide the silencer onto the final link pipe, align the spring mounting eyes, and secure with the provided springs.
- Insert the final manifold into the primary manifold, secure with springs, and attach the support bracket to the motorcycle frame using the supplied hardware.
- Mount all spacers, washers, and brackets as indicated in the technical drawings. Reinstall the original heat shield on the final collector without fully tightening the original clamps.
- Once assembled, verify all connections, start the engine, and check for gas leaks. Ensure the exhaust system does not interfere with other motorcycle components like the radiator or fairings.
Maintenance and Care
The exhaust system requires a break-in period during the first 100 km, after which all fasteners should be checked and tightened if necessary. Periodically inspect all brackets, fasteners, and rubber components for wear and replace them as needed. To clean the silencer, use gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; do not use any solvents. Note that discoloration of the silencer is a normal result of heat and material properties and is not a defect.
Important Warnings
Any modification or tampering with the exhaust system is strictly prohibited. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for defects or malfunctions resulting from unauthorized modifications. Do not use the original graphite bushing during installation.
