Product Overview
The LeoVince LV ONE EVO is a high-performance slip-on exhaust system specifically engineered for the Husqvarna 701 Enduro, Enduro LR, and Supermoto models, including the 35kW version. This system is designed to enhance the motorcycle's performance while maintaining compliance with standard factory settings.

Safety Precautions
Before beginning any installation work, ensure the motorcycle's exhaust system has completely cooled down to prevent burns and damage to heat-sensitive components such as fairings, hoses, or rubber sleeves. Always wear appropriate protective gear and work in a well-ventilated area.
Installation Instructions

- Remove the original equipment (OE) silencer.
- Loosen the cylinder head exhaust nuts and the Torx screw on the connection bracket between the frame and the pipe, without removing them entirely.
- Verify the condition of the mating surfaces. Slide the new link pipe onto the original header, ensuring the graphite bushing (if supplied) is correctly positioned to replace the OE bushing. Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
- Slide the LeoVince silencer onto the link pipe. Align the mounting eyes for the springs and the exhaust outlet, then secure the components using the provided springs.
- Install the clamps, spacers, washers, and support brackets as indicated in the technical drawing, then fully tighten all nuts and bolts.
- Once installed, start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature. Check for any gas leaks at the connections.
Maintenance and Care
Important: During the first few kilometers of use, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period, which may result in slight gas leakage. After approximately 100 km, it is mandatory to check and tighten all fasteners.
Regularly inspect the silencer connections and components susceptible to wear, such as sound-deadening material, seals, and rubber parts, and replace them as necessary. For cleaning, use only gasoline, diesel oil, or alcohol; never use solvents. Note that some discoloration of the silencer is normal due to heat and material properties and does not constitute a defect.
Prohibitions
Any modification or tampering with the exhaust silencer is strictly prohibited. Belgrove Sp. z o.o. declines all responsibility for defects, malfunctions, or damages resulting from unauthorized modifications. Professional installation is highly recommended.
