Table of contents

Product Overview

The LeoVince LV PRO slip-on exhaust is a high-performance upgrade designed specifically for the Kawasaki Z900 and Z900 A2 (including 35kW and 70kW versions). This system is engineered to enhance performance while maintaining compliance with approved standards. The kit includes the silencer, link pipe, mounting hardware, and brackets required for a complete installation.

Safety Precautions

Before beginning any work, ensure the motorcycle's exhaust system has completely cooled down to prevent burns and damage to heat-sensitive components such as fairings, hoses, or rubber parts. We strongly recommend that the installation be performed by a qualified professional.

  • Remove the original OE silencer.
  • Verify that mating surfaces are clean. Slide the LeoVince link pipe onto the original header, ensuring the graphite bushing is correctly positioned (remove the original bushing if necessary). Partially tighten the securing strap to allow for final adjustments.
  • Slide the LV PRO silencer onto the link pipe. Check the alignment of the spring mounting eyes and the exhaust outlet, then secure the connection using the provided springs.
  • Install the silencer clamps, spacers, washers, and support brackets as shown in the technical diagrams. Tighten all nuts and bolts securely.
  • Once installed, start the engine and allow it to reach operating temperature. Check for any gas leaks at the connections and tighten clamps if necessary.

Break-in and Maintenance

During the first few kilometers, the exhaust system will undergo a break-in period, which may result in minor gas leakage. It is mandatory to check and tighten all fasteners after approximately 100 km of use. It is normal for white smoke to appear during the first use, even after the engine is turned off. Periodically inspect all brackets, fasteners, and sound-deadening materials for wear and replace them as needed. Clean the silencer using gasoline, diesel, or alcohol; never use solvents. Discoloration of the silencer is a normal result of heat and material properties.

Important Warnings

Any modification or tampering with the exhaust system is strictly prohibited. Belgrove Sp. z o.o. declines all responsibility for defects, malfunctions, or damages resulting from unauthorized modifications.
