This document provides installation and technical information for the Majorcom TU 100T VA compression horn speaker. For safety, it is recommended that two people perform the installation.
Product Description
The TU 100T VA is a 100W compression horn speaker designed for high-noise environments, both indoors and outdoors (e.g., tunnels). It features an IP65-rated flame-retardant plastic housing, a ceramic connector, and a thermal fuse. It is EN 54-24 certified for voice alarm systems, ensuring intelligible voice notifications over long distances.

Installation Instructions
- Mount the two brackets (left and right) to the ceiling using appropriate fixing hardware (not included).
- Attach the speaker to the brackets using M8x20 screws and M8 washers. Tighten the bracket screws to a torque of 16 Nm.
- Pass the cable through the PG cable gland and connect it to the ceramic terminal block.
- Place the cover on the horn speaker and secure it with M8x25 screws, steel washers, and rubber M8 washers.
- Tighten the cover screws in two passes: first, tighten the 8 screws to 2.0 Nm, then re-tighten all screws to 2.0 Nm.
