This pocket scale is designed for precise weighing. Before first use, ensure the scale is placed on a horizontal surface and perform a user calibration. The scale is sensitive to gravity and temperature changes.

Battery installation

The scale requires two AAA batteries. Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the scale and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity.

Weighing operations

  • Switching on: Press the ON/OFF button. Wait until "0.0" appears on the display before placing the item to be weighed.
  • Tare function: Place an empty container on the scale and press the Z/T button to reset the display to zero. Add the item to be weighed.
  • Switching off: Press the ON/OFF button. The scale switches off automatically after approximately 1 minute of inactivity.
  • Units: Press the MODE button to cycle through available units (g, oz, gn, ct).

Counting function

  1. Place the reference quantity on the scale.
  2. Press the C button until "C" flashes on the display.
  3. Press the MODE button to select the reference quantity (25, 50, 75, or 100).
  4. Press the C button again to activate the counting mode.
  5. Press the MODE button to return to normal weighing mode.

User calibration

If necessary, recalibrate the scale:

  1. Switch on the scale and set the unit to "g".
  2. Press and hold the MODE button until "CAL" appears.
  3. Press the MODE button again. "CAL" will flash, followed by "200.0".
  4. Place a 200g calibration weight on the scale.
  5. "PASS" will appear, followed by the normal weight display.

Important: Do not expose the scale to vibrations or air currents during calibration.

Troubleshooting

  • O-Ld: The weight exceeds the maximum capacity of the scale.
  • L0: Batteries are exhausted and need replacement.
  • OUT 2: Calibration error; perform the user calibration procedure again.
