This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the Minka Lavery 2012-66A-L LED Vanity Light. Important: Always shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker before beginning any installation or maintenance work.
Mounting the Fixture
Follow these steps to mount the fixture to your junction box:

- Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker.
- Remove the old fixture and mounting hardware.
- Loosen screws (C) to remove the mounting plate (A) from the fixture body (D).
- Attach the mounting plate (A) to the junction box using the provided mounting screws (B). Ensure the side marked "GND" faces outward.
- Place the fixture body (D) over the mounting plate (A) and secure it using screws (C).
Connecting the Wires
Ensure all wire connectors are secure. Follow the wiring configuration below:

- Black or Smooth wire: Connect to the House Black (Hot) wire.
- White or Ribbed wire: Connect to the House White (Neutral) wire.
- Bare Copper or Green wire: Connect to the House Green (Ground) wire. If the junction box lacks a ground wire, connect the fixture's ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the provided green screw.
- Tuck all wire connectors neatly into the junction box.
Replacing the LED Module
The LED module can be replaced by a qualified electrician without cutting wires or damaging decorative elements:

- Shut off the power.
- Remove screws (C) and detach the fixture body from the mounting plate (A).
- Disconnect wire connectors and place the fixture on a clean surface.
- Loosen screws (E) to remove the rectangular plate (K) and acrylic shade (J).
- Use a screwdriver to press the button marked "L" on the quick connector to disconnect the black wire.
- Disconnect the white wire marked "N" on the quick connector.
- Loosen screws (H) and carefully remove the LED module (G).
- Reverse these steps to install the new LED module.
