Safety Instructions
DANGER: Carbon monoxide is a poisonous, odorless gas. Never use this heater indoors, in garages, crawlspaces, or recreational vehicles. Using a fan or opening windows does not provide enough fresh air. Always use a battery-powered CO alarm in the home.
- Outdoor Use Only: Do not use for heating human living quarters.
- Ventilation: Adequate ventilation is required. Provide a minimum 2 sq. ft. (0.19 m2) opening near the floor and 2 sq. ft. (0.19 m2) near the ceiling.
- Clearance: Keep the heater at least 24 inches from rear and sides, and 72 inches from above and front outlet.
- Fuel Safety: Never fill propane cylinder beyond 80% capacity. Store cylinders outdoors.
Assembly and Setup
This product requires assembly. Ensure all parts are present before starting.

Connecting the Propane Cylinder
- Ensure the propane cylinder valve is in the full off position.
- Remove the rubber protector cap from the heater's propane inlet.
- Insert the regulator nipple into the cylinder valve.
- Turn the coupling nut counterclockwise to tighten by hand. Do not use tools.
- Perform a leak test using a 50/50 mixture of mild soap and water on all connections.
Operation
This heater can be powered by a Ryobi 18V battery pack or a 120V AC power cord.



Starting the Heater
- Ensure the propane tank is connected and a leak test has been performed.
- Connect the heater to a power source (battery or AC cord).
- Press the ON/OFF button. The fan will start, and the LED will display solid red, then green when ready.
- Press the electronic ignition button and hold until the LED displays solid green.
Temperature Control
Use the temperature control knob to adjust heat output between 30,000 and 60,000 BTU. Turn clockwise to increase temperature and counterclockwise to decrease.
Maintenance
Service must be performed only by qualified repair personnel. Always remove the battery pack or unplug the power cord before cleaning or maintenance. Clean the unit only with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents on plastic parts.
Auto Shut Off
The heater will automatically shut off in the following conditions: flame out, over-temperature, low voltage, or improper fan rotation. If the LED flashes red, check for restricted airflow or operation errors.
