The Sanela SLSN 02EB is an automatic stainless steel shower panel equipped with an infrared sensor and a mixer for temperature control. It operates on 6V power (batteries). Key operational parameters such as shower activation delay, safety shut-off, and hygienic flush can be adjusted using the SLD 03 remote control or manual settings. Ensure the water pressure is within the 0.1 - 0.6 MPa range before installation.
Installation
Before installation, ensure you have read the safety instructions. The installation process involves the following steps:
- Mark and drill holes (8 mm diameter) according to the technical drawing.
- Install wall anchors and mount the bracket.
- Connect the hot and cold water supplies to the mixer.
- Flush the system with approximately 10 liters of water to remove debris.
- Install the batteries into the battery holder.
- Connect the sensor and solenoid valve cables.
- Mount the shower panel onto the bracket and secure it.
Operation
The shower panel operates automatically via an infrared sensor. When a user enters the detection zone, the water flow starts. The flow stops when the user leaves the zone or after the safety shut-off time is reached. You can also use the manual start/stop function by pressing the sensor area for 1 second.
Settings and Parameters
Parameters can be adjusted using the SLD 03 remote control. Adjustable settings include:
- Shower Activation Delay: 0 - 15 seconds.
- Time Safety Shut-off: 10 - 310 seconds.
- Hygienic Flush Interval: OFF / 6 / 8 / 12 / 24 / 48 / 72 / 168 hours.
- Hygienic Flush Duration: 5 - 1200 seconds.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance:

- Battery Replacement: Monitor the battery status via the LED indicator. If the system indicates low capacity, replace the 4x AA alkaline batteries.
- Regulator Replacement: If water flow is restricted, check and replace the regulator.
- Cleaning: Keep the sensor area clean to ensure accurate detection.
Technical Specifications
- Operating Pressure: 0.1 - 0.6 MPa.
- Sieve Dimension: ≤ 90 µm.
- Power Supply: 6V (4x AA alkaline batteries).
- Material: Stainless steel.

Practical help
Common problems
Check if batteries are installed correctly or if they are depleted. Ensure the sensor area is clean.
Check the sieve for debris or replace the regulator if it is clogged.
Check if the safety shut-off time is set correctly or if there is an obstruction in the sensor zone.
Before use
- Verify water pressure is between 0.1 and 0.6 MPa.
- Ensure the sieve dimension is ≤ 90 µm.
- Install 4x AA alkaline batteries.
- Connect hot and cold water supplies correctly.
- Perform a test run to ensure proper sensor activation.
Specs in practice
- Pressure (0.1 - 0.6 MPa)
- The required water pressure range for the shower panel to function correctly.
- Sieve dimension (≤ 90 µm)
- The maximum size of particles the sieve can filter to prevent clogging.
- Safety Shut-off (10 - 310 s)
- The maximum time the water will flow continuously before automatically shutting off.
Images and diagrams
- The technical drawing shows the required mounting dimensions and water inlet positions.
- The installation diagram illustrates the drilling points and mounting bracket placement.
Model compatibility
- Requires SLD 03 remote control for advanced parameter settings.
- Compatible with standard G 1/2" water inlets.
