The Sanela SLZA 03M and SLZA 03N are coin and token-operated shower timers designed for 24V DC operation. Crucial: The unit must be connected to a constant voltage power supply. Do not connect the power supply unit behind a light switch or motion sensor, as this will disrupt operation. If keys are lost or damaged, identical replacements cannot be ordered.
Product description
The SLZA 03M is designed for direct control, while the SLZA 03N features interactive control. Both models are intended for single shower installations and require a 24V DC power source.
Supplied equipment
The package includes the main timer unit, mounting hardware (screws, wall plugs), keys, and documentation. Please verify all components against the provided list in the manual before beginning installation.
Installation
Before starting, ensure you have read the attached safety instructions. Follow these steps for installation:
- Prepare the wall surface according to the dimensions provided in the manual (120mm x 230mm).
- Ensure there is a designated space for cable routing (refer to the installation diagram for specific measurements).
- Mark and drill holes (8mm diameter) for mounting.
- Insert wall plugs and secure the mounting brackets.
- Mount the unit onto the brackets.
- Ensure the unit is level before final tightening.
Wiring and power supply
The device requires a 24V DC power supply. Connect the wiring according to the circuit diagram provided in the manual. Warning: The unit must be under constant voltage. Do not connect the power supply to a switched circuit (e.g., a light switch). Failure to provide constant power will result in improper function.
Accessories
The system supports various accessories, including:
- Power supplies: SLZ 01Y/Z (for 1 or 3 showers) or SLZ 04Y/Z/X (DIN rail mounted for 1, 3, or 5 showers).
- Remote control: SLD 05 for parameter adjustment.
- Shower heads: Vandal-proof models SLA 03, SLA 39, and SLA 40 (adjustable angle).
- Tokens: SLZA 50 (set of 50 tokens).

Identical keys cannot be ordered. Ensure keys are kept in a safe place.
