The Sanela SLW 01PB and SLW 01PBX are piezo-controlled flushing units designed for pressured water systems. Key operational parameters include a required water pressure of 0.15 - 0.6 MPa and a sieve dimension of ≤ 90 µm. The unit features a factory-set flush duration of 8 seconds and a hygienic flush interval of 24 hours (8 flushes).
Supplied Equipment
- Flushing unit housing
- Battery pack
- Mounting components
- Installation hardware
Installation

- Ensure you have read the attached safety instructions before beginning.
- Prepare the wall recess according to the dimensions provided (146 mm x 153 mm).
- Connect the water supply to the G 1" connections.
- Mount the flushing unit housing into the wall recess.
- Secure the unit using the provided screws.
- Connect the electrical components as shown in the installation diagrams.
Water Flow Adjustment
To adjust the water flow, locate the adjustment screw on the valve:
- Flow reduction: Turn the screw clockwise.
- Flow increase: Turn the screw counter-clockwise.
Ensure you do not exceed the maximum unscrewing length.
Battery Replacement
- Remove the front cover of the flushing unit.
- Disconnect the battery pack cable.
- Remove the old batteries from the holder.
- Insert 4 new AA 1.5V alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- Reconnect the battery pack cable.
- Reattach the front cover and secure it.
Operation and Settings
The system provides visual feedback via LED indicators regarding battery status:

- Normal operation: The system functions automatically.
- Battery status: Monitor the LED indicators. If the system indicates low capacity, replace the batteries immediately to ensure continued operation.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure optimal performance. Ensure the water supply sieve is clean and free of debris. If the unit is not functioning correctly, check the battery status and water pressure levels first.

Practical help
Common problems
Check the battery status using the LED indicator. If the battery is depleted, replace all 4 AA batteries.
Adjust the flow using the adjustment screw on the valve. Turn clockwise to reduce flow or counter-clockwise to increase it.
Verify that the water pressure is within the required range of 0.15 - 0.6 MPa.
Before use
- Verify water pressure is between 0.15 and 0.6 MPa.
- Ensure the water supply sieve dimension is ≤ 90 µm.
- Read all attached safety instructions before starting installation.
- Ensure you have 4 new AA 1.5V alkaline batteries available.
- Check that the wall recess dimensions match the unit requirements (146 mm x 153 mm).
Specs in practice
- Water Pressure
- 0.15 - 0.6 MPa is required for the valve to operate correctly.
- Sieve Dimension
- Must be ≤ 90 µm to prevent debris from damaging the internal valve mechanism.
- Battery Type
- Requires 4x AA 1.5V alkaline batteries.
- Hygienic Flush
- Automatic flush every 24 hours (8 flushes) to maintain hygiene.
Model compatibility
- SLW 01PB is the polished finish model.
