The Sanela SLP 02KZ and SLP 02KVZ are infra-red urinal flushing units designed for automatic operation. Crucial: The unit must be connected to a constant voltage power supply. Do not connect the power supply behind a light switch, as this will cause malfunctions and prevent the unit from operating correctly.
Installation
The unit requires a mounting box installation. Ensure the water pressure is between 0.1 and 0.6 MPa. The sieve dimension must be less than or equal to 90 µm to prevent clogging of the electromagnetic valve.
Electrical Connection
The system operates on 230V AC input, which is converted to 24V DC for the electronics. Follow the wiring diagram carefully: connect the power supply unit to the mains, and then connect the 24V DC output to the electronics unit. Ensure all connections are secure and protected.
Parameter Adjustment
Parameters such as flushing time, sensor range, and hygienic flush interval can be adjusted using the SLD 03 universal remote control. The unit supports various settings for hygienic flushing intervals (8, 24, 64, or 72 hours).
Maintenance
Perform an annual check of the electromagnetic valve sieve to ensure it is not clogged. Clean stainless steel components using only water, soap, and a soft cloth. Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents. We recommend using the SLA 37 cleaning product for maintenance.
