The Sanela SLZA 02LM and 02LN are coin and token-operated shower timers designed for 4 to 8 showers. Crucial: The unit must be kept under constant 24V DC voltage for proper function. Do not connect the power supply unit behind a switch (e.g., a light switch circuit), as this will disrupt operation.
Product description
The system is designed for controlling shower water flow via coins or tokens. There are two main versions:
- SLZA 02LM: Direct control.
- SLZA 02LN: Interactive control.
Both models operate on 24V DC power.
Installation
Before installation, ensure you have read the attached safety instructions. The installation process involves the following steps:
- Preparation: Ensure the power supply is 24V DC and will remain constantly powered.
- Mounting: Drill holes according to the dimensions provided (8mm diameter).
- Wiring: Connect the power supply to the terminal block. Refer to the circuit diagram provided in the manual for specific terminal connections (+, -, A, B).
- Finalizing: Secure the unit to the wall.
Operation
The user interface allows for simple shower selection:
- Select appliance: Choose the desired shower.
- Confirm: Press the button to confirm the selection.
- Status: The system indicates if the shower is occupied.
Maintenance and accessories
Regular maintenance is recommended according to the maintenance instructions available at www.sanela.eu/service-download. In case of lost or damaged keys, identical keys cannot be ordered. A variety of accessories are available, including different power supplies (SLZ 01Y, SLZ 01Z, SLZ 04Y/Z/X), remote controls (SLD 05), and various shower heads (SLA 03, SLA 39, SLA 40).

Common problems
Unit not functioning correctly
Ensure the unit is connected to a constant 24V DC power source and not behind a light switch or other interruptible circuit.
Lost or damaged keys
Identical keys cannot be ordered. Keep keys in a safe place.
Before use
- Verify 24V DC power supply is available.
- Ensure the power supply is not connected to a switched circuit.
- Check that the mounting surface is suitable for drilling 8mm holes.
- Confirm the model type (LM for direct, LN for interactive control).

- The wiring diagram shows the terminal block connections for 24V power and control signals (A/B).
- Dimensions diagram provides the necessary spacing for mounting (165mm width, 300mm height).
Model compatibility
