The Sanela SLW 02PA is a piezo-controlled toilet flushing unit designed for vandal-proof applications. It operates on 24V DC and requires a constant power supply. The system features adjustable flush parameters, including hygienic flush intervals, which can be configured using the SLD 04 remote control.
Installation
The unit is designed for in-wall installation using the SLR 21 frame. Ensure the following during installation:

- Power Supply: Must be 24V DC. Do not connect the power supply behind a light switch; it must be under constant voltage.
- Water Pressure: Operating pressure must be between 0.1 and 0.6 MPa.
- Sieve: Ensure the sieve mesh size is ≤ 90 µm to prevent debris from entering the valve.
- Mounting: Follow the step-by-step diagrams provided in the manual (pages 3-8) for frame assembly, water connection, and electrical wiring.
Operation
The flushing unit can be operated via the piezo button on the cover or set to automatic mode. The piezo button provides a tactile response when pressed. The system includes a hygienic flush feature to prevent water stagnation.

Parameter Settings
Flush parameters, such as flush time (0.5 - 15.5 seconds) and hygienic flush intervals, can be adjusted using the SLD 04 remote control. Factory settings are typically set to 5 seconds. Refer to the table on page 11 for specific flush time and volume correlations.

Maintenance
To maintain the unit:
- Clean stainless steel components only with water, soap, and a soft cloth.
- Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
- The manufacturer recommends using the SLA 37 cleaning product.
- Periodically check and clean the sieve to ensure proper water flow.
Technical Data
- Power: 24V DC.
- Operating Pressure: 0.1 - 0.6 MPa.
- Flush Time: Adjustable 0.5 - 15.5 seconds.
- Compatibility: Suitable for both ceramic and stainless steel toilets.

Practical help
Common problems
Check the 24V DC power supply connection. Ensure it is not connected to a switched light circuit.
Adjust the flush time using the SLD 04 remote control or manually adjust the flush valve settings.
Check the water pressure (must be 0.1 - 0.6 MPa) and clean the sieve (mesh size ≤ 90 µm).
Before use
- Ensure 24V DC power supply is constant and stable.
- Verify water pressure is within the 0.1 - 0.6 MPa range.
- Check that the sieve is clean and properly installed.
- Ensure the installation frame SLR 21 is securely mounted.
- Have the SLD 04 remote control ready for parameter adjustments.
