Table of contents
Product Overview
The Sealey 10pc Garage Storage System (APMSHFP Series) is a modular workshop furniture solution designed for versatility and durability. The system features a hinged flat-pack design for easy assembly, including base units with MDF worktops, adjustable feet, ball-bearing drawer runners, and magnetic door latches. The system includes pegboard backing panels for organized tool storage.
Safety Guidelines
- Always install the storage system on level, solid ground, preferably concrete.
- Do not exceed weight capacities or step on the shelves.
- Do not move the cabinets while they contain items.
- Avoid damp or wet locations to prevent corrosion.
- Ensure the work area is well-lit and clear of obstructions.
- Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the installation area.
Assembly and Installation
The system is supplied as a flat-pack. Assembly involves unfolding side panels, attaching top and bottom panels with M6x16mm screws, and installing shelf supports at desired heights. For wall-mounted configurations, the system must be secured to wall studs using the provided M6x65mm tapping screws and washers. Cabinets can be connected to each other using M6x16mm screws and M6 flange nuts for a unified structure.

Maintenance and Care
Keep the system clean and tidy. Do not use harsh solvents for cleaning, as these may damage the protective coating. Regularly check that all screws and bolts are tightened. If the product becomes unserviceable, dispose of it according to local environmental regulations.

Practical help
Common problems
Ensure the internal shelf is placed in the center position, as the locking mechanism is dependent on this alignment.
Extend the drawer almost fully, push up the right-hand black release lever while pulling down the left-hand lever, then pull the drawer out.
Ensure the wall cabinet is hung on the posts/rails with a 0.8cm gap before fully tightening the bolts to ensure proper alignment.
Before use
- Verify the floor is level and solid (concrete recommended).
- Ensure all M6x16mm screws are tightened during assembly.
- Check that all shelf supports are securely inserted at the same height.
- Confirm the wall is suitable for mounting if using the wall-fix option.
- Ensure the pegboard grommet holes are oriented correctly (top or bottom as specified per model).
